Late Return Penalty Charges
We have a late return charge for race nights that have not been returned to
us within seven days of your event. Part of our terms of supply is that
you return your racenight the next working day after your event.
Every week after the race date (plus seven days) is charged as below. This is an unfortunate measure that we have had to implement.
Please remember that you are hiring our films for the day of your event only
and that our stock is booked out to other clients, so it is very important that
you return your films swiftly.
If you have not returned your films within three months then it will be
assumed that you wish to purchase and your credit card will be charged £100 per
film which is our replacement costs.
