The course is a figure of 8 circuit and is approximately 1 mile 3 furlongs in distance.

Facilities

The Members Enclosure

There are two restaurants in this enclosure. The Castle Restaurant has panoramic views overlooking the winning post. It offers a three course table d'hote menu. The Club Restaurant and Bar is situated in the Members Grandstand. The Club Restaurant offers an extensive menu selection. There is no view of racing in this restaurant but they do have closed circuit television so you can follow the action. There is also a variety of bars in this enclosure providing drinks, food and snacks.

The Grandstand Enclosure

This enclosure has a variety of catering outlets. There are three bars. The Parade Ring Wine Bar has its own terrace overlooking the Parade Ring. The Cellar Bar is situated between the Club and Tattersalls enclosures and has a full bar selection including champagne and draught beers. The Long Bar in the Royal Windsor Stand has a full bar selection including draught beer and champagne.

The Silver Ring Enclosure

This enclosure has a cafeteria and bar. The cafeteria serves daily hot and cold food.

Directions

By Road
The course is on the A308 between Windsor and Maidenhead. From the M4 leave at junction 6 and follow the signs to Windsor. M3 leave at junction 2 and join the M25 . From M25 J15 join the M4 to junction 6 and follow signs to Windsor Racecourse.

By Rail
Windsor Central and Eton stations are the closest to the course. From both stations head for Barry Avenue where you can catch the river bus to the course.
